Men's T-shirt Back day

It's not exactly a favourite, you can't see it, and still it makes an impression. Which body part are we talking about? That's right, buddy – it's the back. It resists that magical mind-muscle connection that so many champions swear by like nothing else. Mr. Olympia Dexter Jackson normally did just two back exercises in a single session. And that was enough, because he simply felt those muscles under load. Width and depth – that's what it's all about. I learned that at Metroflex Gym, the iron house where Ronnie built his muscles and where Johnnie Jackson and Branch Warren spilled rivers of sweat. Those two usually opened back day with the deadlift. They warmed up with a 140 kg barbell and then kept adding plates. So I did away with the side seams completely. Nobody is calling you the princess and the pea, but why not treat yourself to some comfort. It's good when you lie on your side or tighten your belt a bit more and nothing digs into you. We bears are fond of our comfort, and I'm happy to pass it on to you. I only ever put my portraits on T-shirts made of 100% ring-spun cotton weighing 185 g/m² – so no thin little rag, but a firm, hard-wearing and still comfortable fabric you won't wear through even if you…
